The website and auction system are straightforward. Overall, I like how you set the end times for each item instead of dragging out the whole auction for ages like some other platforms do. The packaging is solid, and the delivery is fast—usually better than what I’ve seen elsewhere. However, the shipping fee for just one bottle is quite pricey, especially since you don’t provide an option to hold off on shipping until I buy more bottles. That 15% commission feels a bit excessive. If other sites can manage it at 10%, you should be able to as well. I’m taking off one star for that.
